I am all for gay rights and all, but gays want the freedom to love, but only you can do that. It is not up to rather you can be married or not. Why cant you just love. I understand you want to feel accepted and not left in the cold because of who you are, but isn’t that the case for everyone? I know there might be more to it emotionally, but why cant you just love, no matter who is okay with it or what the circumstances are. I mean at the end of the day who really gives a fuck if you are a man in love with a man. I mean really what if we all just put aside what it actually means to be gay and rid the labels, all would be left is love, and it really would not matter if it was legal for you to get married. just love each other okay. I still say this in all hopes that the entire United States legalizes gay marriage, but when that does happen, is it really going to matter?

I believe that happiness is when

you have that day where you realize how ugly you look, how much weight you have gained, how much sleep you did not get, how you left all the important things at home, how you have that class that none of your friends are in, how you miss someone so much your heart aches, how you meant to eat but couldn’t because you suck at managing your time, and its just that day that everything hits you all at once and you just feel like the world is turning against you.

but you still are head-over-heels in love with that day. For me, that is when I know I still have joy in my heart. Pain is okay because it reminds you that you are still fortunate enough to be living on this beautiful earth.

And that is what I think happiness was meant to be.
